Liam and LouisEven being the most popular men on the planet won't get you perks sometimes. Liam Payne, 19, and Louis Tomlinson, 21 from One Direction were reportedly turned away from slot machines at a motorway service station in Lanarkshire, Scotland.

The band was on the way to a show in Glasgow and they stopped by the Abington Services M74 station in the morning for a short break. While the rest of their band-mates, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles were getting themselves some snacks, Liam and Louis, collectively known as LiLo, decided to try out some slot machines in the Games Area.
The pair had already inserted their coins into the machine before being approached by Ann Fuller, a 29 year old security guard at the station. She asked for their IDs and when they couldn't produce their ID to prove that they were above 18 years old (legal gambling age in the UK), they were instructed to leave. The "Live While We're Young" singers reportedly decided to buy some pick 'n' mix candy afterwards.

Fuller did not recognize them at that time and later defended herself by saying that "I was just doing my job. I'd heard of One Direction but only found out it was them when a colleague later said, "Somebody's thrown out the most popular boy-band in the world.""
This is not the first time a One Direction member has not been recognized by a security guard. Big shocker, isn't it? Niall was turned away from Liam's birthday party at an exclusive club in London back in 2012 because a security guard didn't recognize him!
